As a young company using technology in currently unmatched fashion, we get a lot of questions. Where did the idea for open ear headphones come from? How does bone conduction work? If I replace my Apple EarPods with AfterShokz, will my running buddies be able to hear that I’m listening to K-Pop instead of House? How does AfterShokz plan to use this unique open ear design to change the sport and Bluetooth headphones market? What new products do you plan to bring to market in the near future?
With an overwhelming amount of our friends and fans wanting to know these things and more, we’ve decided to host an AMA (‘Ask Me Anything’) on Reddit. On Thursday, April 18, our EVP and CMO, Dennis Taussig, will be available from 1-3 p.m. EDT to answer your burning questions. Redditors can ask him anything about anything, including, but of course not limited to: the benefits afforded by headphones that don’t block or plug your ears, how our patent-pending bone conduction technology transfers sound, what a day in our office looks like, or the number of cats he parents. We have saved the date, and hope that you will too—please join us for our first, though likely not the last, Reddit AMA. Tell your friends!
